ANOTHER DAY

Sleeping late..

Watch the sun shine

through the curtains

Losing faith…

As the day goes by

How could I have believed

that we would stay the same?

I get all the rest I need,

now my days are empty..

And I wonder should I go out..

There is no way

To go back to who I was

How have we become the strangers that we are now?

I get all the space I need,

now my hours are free..

It seemed that all I did

Suddenly

Bothered you a bit

How did this happen?

We let it fall apart..

I get all the love I need,

now you’re not here to hate me..

If it was love

That at first made you hold me

And let go of

Then I’ve had enough of it

How did it run out on us?

Leave the warmth behind?

I get all the peace I need,

now no one tells me “not to…”
